QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree and experience in higher education required. Experience with database systems and records management applications. Should have a familiarity with enrollment management concepts and institutional research. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to demonstrate a commitment to student-centered services with the ability to relate effectively to students, faculty and administration. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who aspires to learn new areas and accept increasing responsibility. The successful candidate for this position must be willing to work as part of a team of ten Registrar’s in support of registration, graduation advisement and records management functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the integrity, accuracy and security of academic records. Develop and build office processes to support enrollment databases and data entry integrity. Work closely with other Registrar’s to improve and automate processes in the Registrar’s Office. Implement appropriate projects as assigned by the director.
