PT Student Services Representative I
Registration Center

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma and completion of two years in an accredited post-secondary institution of learning plus two years of appropriate experience; or high school diploma and one year in an accredited post secondary institution of learning and three years appropriate business experience; or high school diploma and four years of appropriate experience. Experience working in a college preferred. Computer experience with an emphasis on data entry required. Quality customer service skills, excellent telephone manner and the ability to work well under pressure are required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide reception/telephone coverage as needed including trouble shooting problems. Provide basic information on established policies, procedures, dates for pre-registration, refunds, withdrawals, address corrections, transcript requests, course offerings and availability. Assist with update and correction of certification rosters and degree audit distribution. Responsible for registration processing including: data entry of in-person course requests, searches for open courses, provide assistance in elementary schedule development according to open course availability; enrollment of non-matriculated students into system. Process address and residency verifications. Register Saturday and Summer Live students. Seasonal projects as required.
