REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree required and 2-4 years of appropriate experience in a high volume, customer service driven environment, preferably in higher education. Accurate keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database management required. Banner experience preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high quality services to students in the areas of registration, records, course offerings/programming, and graduation advisement. Ensure that student are provided with accurate information on established policies and procedures in person, by telephone, and on-line. Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn all policies, procedures, and protocol such as: registration processes, enrollment and de-registration of students, course offerings and availability, fee assessment, refunds, withdrawals, and enrollment certification/verification. Insure student data integrity and help manage student records on paper, online and in scanned formats. Run error reports, correct and update data accordingly. Ability to process data accurately and with discretion (i.e. assist in programming unit, foreign credential evaluation, registration information, graduation processing, degree audit information, courses, transfer credits, waivers and substitutions, etc.) using the Banner system or Nolij imaging system. Special projects as assigned.
