Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality offer opportunities to enhance student engagement with exciting new active learning strategies. Presentations were made by Brian Emery, Photography; and former student Sylvana Fazzalari; Anthony Capparelli, Illustration; Reginald Rogers, Visual Presentation & Exhibition Design; and Jonathan KYLE Farmer, with students Amy Sperber, Kritika Manchanda and Jacob Hooker, Fashion Design MFA, who shared the challenges and rewards of integrating emerging technologies into teaching and design practice.

Join colleagues and students for an exploration of the emerging technologies revolution in industry and education. This CET/FRS/Library evening event will include industry speakers and faculty presentations, as well as interactive experiences for all. Artificial Intelligence in trend forecasting, 3D scanning and printing for product development, and wearable tech/digital embroidery will be explored
