Application Deadline: August 15, 2019
For New York State Residents, the 2019-2020 Excelsior Scholarship Application for new applicants is now available. To apply, and to see more information regarding the 2019-2020 application, go to the HESC website.
Current Excelsior Scholarship recipients should not complete this application.
Go to FAFSA to apply for Financial Aid.
The 2019-2020 FAFSA Priority filing deadline for 2019-2020 is
January 15, 2019.
The Spring 2019 FAFSA Priority deadline for Spring 2019 applicants is
November 1, 2018.
The above deadlines listed are for "priority" consideration; you may still apply and be eligible for some programs after the deadline. If you file late, you may be responsible for paying your bill from your own resources or setting up a payment plan with FIT and waiting for a refund once your aid is processed. Go to the FAFSA website to apply.
