What does being a Tiger LEADer mean to you? "The best part of being an OL is the opportunity to connect with new students and offer help, advice, and motivation throughout their years at FIT. Being a Tiger LEADer has been an immensely rewarding position, because not only did I gain new friends but I also gained valuable leader skills."

Tiger LEADer Position Orientation Leader
What does being a Tiger LEADer mean to you? "I love being a familiar face someone can recognize on campus. It's rewarding to watch past OL group members get involved on campus and flourish as a part of the FIT community. It's a great feeling to be involved and be a part of what makes FIT an awesome place. Being a Tiger LEADer, to me, means that I am more than a student at FIT. I have relationships with faculty and students that make going to school more valuable. I truly enjoy guiding and helping new students, and what better way to do that than by being a Tiger LEADer!? Being an OL has given me friendships that are truly irreplaceable. I have made amazing friends and met incredible mentors that have helped shape who I have become. Being involved on campus is an honor and watching a student enjoy events on campus makes me feel like I'm doing something greater for the student body. This is what dreams are made of!"

What does being a Tiger LEADer mean to you? "To me, the best part of being a SRA is creating a bond with not only my staff, but all my residents on the floor. My goal is to make everyone feel relaxed and happy in their 'home away from home.' After becoming a SRA, my leadership capabilities have grown much further than I could have ever anticipated so, I am very thankful for every opportunity!"

Name Helaina Judge

Anticipated Graduation TBD (Bachelors)
Tiger LEADer Position  Senior Resident Assistant
What does being a Tiger LEADer mean to you? I love FIT with all of my heart, and I think being a Tiger LEADer is one of the best ways I can show it! Being a Senior Resident Assistant (SRA) has given me the opportunity to meet and guide our residents throughout their FIT journey. I love being a friendly face for all our residents, and being someone they can confide in whenever, wherever. My position has put me in situations that have been difficult, and different, but they have taught me that I am able to handle more than I think I could. I am more confident going into the real world knowing I have beneficial leadership skills that can help me throughout my career.
