Self Care Tips from the FIT/UCE EAP

A Reminder from Your EAP During FIT’s Civility Week

“You can’t fight if your tank is empty…To make sure you continue to have the ability to fight the good fight, self- care is critical.”

 -Melba V. Pearson, Blavity News

As we all work towards social justice, the theme for this year’s FIT Civility Week, it is most important to pay attention to our stress levels to avoid burnout so we can reach our goals.

We hope you always remember that if you, or any family member are feeling the stress or impact of this, or any other personal problem, your EAP is available to help in any way that we can. We can be reached for a confidential appointment at 212-217-5600, or you can email me at [email protected]
