Kelli Coleman
Kelli ColemanKelli Coleman is the Vice President Product Design & Development for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. She is responsible for the creative and product development for merchandise. Kelli leads the Product Development team, the Franchise Management team, as well as the Special Events team for the Merchandise line of business. She also leads Disney Design Group, which is a group comprised of Design Managers, Character Artists, Graphic Designers, and Production Artists who are nationally renowned for their creative designs. Kelli also works in close collaboration with the executive merchandise leadership teams at the Disneyland Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, Tokyo Disneyland Park, and Disneyland Paris Resort to develop the product and merchandise strategies for each of their businesses worldwide.

Jeff Gordinier
Jeff GordinierJeff Gordinier is the Editor-at-Large at Details magazine and the author of X Saves the World: How Generation X Got the Shaft But Can Still Keep Everything from Sucking, which Viking published in 2008. He graduated from Princeton University and has written for a variety of magazines and newspapers, including The New York Times, Esquire, GQ, Elle, Spin, Fortune, the Los Angeles Times, and Entertainment Weekly. He is also a frequent contributor to and has collaborated in the creation of advertising copy for the David Lipman Agency in New York. His journalism has been included in anthologies such as Best American Non-required Reading and Best Creative Nonfiction, and he has participated as a speaker and panel moderator at places like the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, the Philip Johnson Glass House in Connecticut, and the Art + Environment Conference in Nevada. Fast Company named X Saves the World one of the 10 Best Business Books of 2008.

Karen Shadders
Karen ShaddersKaren Shadders is the Vice-President of Health and Beauty Care for Wegman's Food Markets in Rochester, New York. Karens career at Wegman's has taken her from the role of Employee Representative through positions in Merchandising and into Operations as a Wegman's Store Manager. Karens most recent position as Vice President of People involved leading the Staffing, Employee Relations, Leadership, Diversity, Privacy/Compliance, Training and Employee Development functions for Wegman's. Currently, as Vice President of Health and Beauty Care, Karen is responsible for the health, personal care and beauty businesses across Wegman's 75 stores. She holds a Masters degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University. Karen also has received her certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist through the Wharton School.

Alexandra Wolfe

Alexandra WolfeAlexandra Wolfe is a former contributing editor to Conde Nast Portfolio. Kit Yarrow

Kit has been a visiting professor of consumer behavior at universities around the world and shes consulted to businesses including General Electric, Del Monte, and Nokia. She's a frequent speaker on topics including The Post-Recession Consumer and Generation Y. As a recognized consumer expert, Kit is often called upon by the media to explain and predict consumer behavior.
