Biography

Stephanie (Dishart) Kramer is a beauty industry executive and adjunct professor of communications at FIT. 

Kramer is the Vice President of Global Marketing for Kiehl’s Since 1851, a luxury skincare brand in the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio.  At Kiehl’s, her team is responsible for the full brand portfolio and all new global go-to-market initiatives. Prior to joining Kiehl’s in 2016, she was Executive Director of Marketing at Chanel, responsible for the U.S. skincare portfolio. She joined Chanel as Director of Marketing, responsible for the top fragrance brand in the U.S. Preceding Chanel until 2011, Kramer was a Global Marketing Director at L’Oréal for both the Professional Products and Luxury Products divisions. She joined L’Oréal from an account management role at Quest International Fragrances and a participant in their European Graduate Development Program (EGDP), having worked in Quest’s New York, UK, and China offices in marketing, financial strategy, and consumer insights.  She also has studied and worked in Havana, Cuba and Zurich, Switzerland.

Kramer graduated with a major in chemistry and a minor in Spanish from Wake Forest University. She completed a master’s degree at FIT and graduated in 2011 as valedictorian and department medal recipient.  She completed her Digital Media Marketing Certificate at New York University in 2012 and in 2016, she obtaine her esthetics license in New York. 

Kramer is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and was the Vice President of the FIT MPS Alumni Association (CAFAA) from 2012-2015. She has been featured as a speaker at several colleges and universities including University of Pennsylvania, Harvard, New York University, and FIT.  She lives in New York with her husband and two sons.
