Career Fairs

Every year,  Career and Internship Services sponsors two Career and Internship Fairs-one in the fall semester and one in the spring.  Dates to be announced shortly.

Students and Alumni: Be sure to log into your Career Services Job Bank (CSJB) account to view the list of companies attending the fair along with positions they are recruiting for. Go to Events, RSVP.
Research and respond in advance to be prepared!

All FIT students and alumni are welcome to attend.

Employers: Due to limited space, Employer participation in career fairs is by invitation only.

Fairs are geared toward Employers seeking  graduating students and alumni for multiple credited internships (paid or unpaid) and full time paid jobs (*non-sales). To qualify, post the multiple positions being recruited for in our related databases and request to be put on our mailing list for the fair. Posting your opportunities allows our students and alumni to be better prepared to meet with you and allows for better pre-screening. All registrations will be reviewed to confirm positions have been posted prior to approval. Our current cost is $175 for one table for two representatives.

*To recruit for paid part time retail sales and seasonal sales jobs, our fair wold not be suitable. Instead, please post your paid non-credited positions in our Career Services Job Bank (CSJB) and consider our Tabling service.

We welcome and review Employer career fair requests year-round. We will start inviting and screening Employer career fair registrations in February for those interested in participating!

To guarantee your space, first register with our CSJB (Career Services Job Bank) if you do not already have an account, and post the positions you are recruiting for in our related databases:

(See Announcement in your Symplicity CSJB account for more info and our Career Fair FAQs)

If you are not already on our mailing list for our fairs, please contact Pam Zuckerman at pam_zuckerman@fitnyc.edu.

If you are recruiting for credited internships, please read about becoming a Sponsor in our program and posting your opportunities a semester in advance in our separate Credited Internship database:
