My students are having trouble attaching files
to the drop boxes.
Using a browser not compatible with ANGEL is the most common cause of
problems with attachments. Ask your students to make sure they are using
the correct browser (browser compatibility is listed under Announcements on the Angel home page).
If your students are using the correct browser and are still having
trouble, make sure they are following the correct
steps to submit an attachment in the drop box.
It’s close to the start of the semester and my course is not appearing
in Angel.
ANGEL automatically creates course shells once your name has been
entered in Banner for a particular course. If you do not see your course
listed in your courses nugget, please contact your department secretary
to have your name entered in Banner.
Are tutors available to help students use ANGEL?
Yes, students can go to the Academic Skills Tutoring Center in room
A608B.
How do I set up proctored exams in my online course?
There are currently four courses at FIT which require exams to be proctored. If you are interested in including proctored exams in your course, contact Tamara Cupples (Tamara_Cupples@fitnyc.edu).
