Room Switches

Fall semester: The Tuesday of the first week of classes. No room switches after December 1st. 

Spring semester: The Tuesday of the first week of classes.

Room Switches

Room switches may only occur during the following times:    

Fall semester: The Tuesday of the first week of classes. No room switches after December 1st. 

Spring semester: The Tuesday of the first week of classes.

*Room switches will not be approved at any other time.
Signs will be posted notifying residents of the start and end date for room switches.

If you are interested in a room switch, please come into the Residential Life office (Alumni Lobby or Kaufman Lobby) to speak with a Resident Counselor.

If spaces are available, the Resident Counselor will provide instructions and necessary paperwork for the switch.

If there are no spaces available, residents must find another resident to swap with and speak with a Resident Counselor who will provide instructions and necessary paperwork for the swap. 

Anyone who moves without following the above procedure will be required to move back to their original room and/or may be fined up to $100.00.
