Tanja Lindermeier

Dr. Lindermeier is currently Director of Advanced Technologies, Consumer & Personal Products WorldWide, a division of Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies. In this role, she is focused on driving strategy and long-term innovation in partnership with the business units, responsible for the identification of future opportunities and the execution of technology programs leveraging open-innovation and collaboration.

Prior to this position, Dr. Lindermeier was Product Development Director for Johnson’s franchise in France, including responsibility for skin care innovation pipelines regionally and globally. In that role, she had responsibility for consumer science, product formulation and claim support, turning ideas into successful product launches like the first tanning body moisturizers.

Dr. Lindermeier received her Ph.D. in organometallic chemistry from the University of Bielefeld in Germany, where she had also completed her Diploma (Master) in chemistry. She is a member of international and German business women’s networks and founded the global-dinner-network for traveling professional women.
