EduTech Day 2011
EduTech Day was a success, and we have you to thank for that. All of the presenters brought unique value and relevance to every aspect of our program. The feedback on the floor and since has been overwhelmingly positive as was evident by the attendance throughout the day forcing many to stand or sit on the floor due to the unexpected shortage of seating. No one comes to these events unless they believe it will be worth the effort, no one stays unless it is worthy. We encourage you all to add your thoughts and comments to our blog http://blog.fitnyc.edu/EduTechDay/ and share this link with your colleagues.
On behalf of my the EduTech Committee we sincerely thank each of you for making this day a great success.
Read what people are saying:
"The speakers were excellent. Student attendance at the Art and Technology session was excellent."
"Addressed current relative issues and very professionally presented."
"Good mix of topics: Great set-up of space; nice introduction and beginning panel discussion. Good flow of event-timing. Loved the "live-activity" with students---the photo-shoots!! Fun--creative--nice to see a class/ club(?) at work. Got your audience involved too!"
"It was very educational. The film at the beginning was a terrific way to start the day! It was nice to be among colleagues and discuss technology in this forum. The apple session was my favorite."
"The Great Hall had a very different feeling to it. It had atmosphere. It was wonderful! Also, the session by Jean Mark Rejaud on "Social Media in Education" was 5-star. Applause, applause".
