Faculty Curriculum Initiatives
As part of the greening of the curriculum at FIT, a survey was carried out by the Office of Curriculum and Instruction in collaboration with the Sustainability Council to determine how faculty at the college were infusing sustainability into their programs and curriculum. Initiatives reported to date include newly developed or emerging sustainability courses, modules within existing courses, student design projects, new materials and textiles used, and an NSF grant-funded project. These are described below in more detail.
We encourage you to share your sustainability initiative with the FIT community by completing the survey. For more information contact Dean Dympna Bowles or Johanna O'Toole.
