Procedures and Deadlines for Space Requests and Services
The following procedures are in place to ensure your meetings and events run smoothly and are successful. It is extremely important to adhere to the deadlines because it may not be possible to fulfill last minute requests and changes affect many departments. Space Requests (deadline is 2 weeks prior to your event date) Reeves Great Hall, Haft Auditorium, Katie Murphy Amphitheatre, Dubinsky Center 8th Floor, Board Room, Seminar Rooms, and Meeting Rooms.
- Contact the Facilities and Events Office at x4120 for availability.
- Once availability is confirmed, go to the internet and type InsideFIT.fitsuny.edu in the address line and hit enter.
- Scroll down to popular links.
- Click on Forms.
- Click on Facilities Reservation Request, completely fill out the form including services required, cost centers and object codes, and submit.
- The Facilities and Events Office will send you a confirmation within 48 hours.
Services (deadline is 1 week prior to your event date) The services listed below must be requested directly through the Facilities and Events Office and must be included on the online Facilities Reservation.
Request form with cost centers and object codes:
- All AV equipment and technicians
- All lighting equipment and technicians
- Building and Grounds services
- Custodians
- Security
- Aramark Catering
NOTE: Your food order will not be filled until a food voucher is completed through the bi-tech system and approved by all appropriate personnel 1 week prior to your event.
