New Entering Students
Spring 2012 online housing applications will be
available to new entering students starting December 1, 2011.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Commuters and non-commuters are eligible to apply.
• Matriculated and non-matriculated students carrying 12 or more credits are eligible to apply
Please note:
On-campus housing is available to all degree and non-degree students with 12 or more credit hours. You can apply no matter where you live. New York City residents are eligible.
You must pay the tuition deposit. 3 business days after the deposit is paid and processed, the online housing application will be available for access.

- Log into MyFIT
- Choose “STUDENT” tab
- Select “Online Information System”
- Select “Residential Life”
- Select “ApplyOnLine” - "New/Entering FIT"
- Be sure to select the correct semester and year.
- Students experiencing difficulties signing in to MyFIT should contact the Information Technology Department at 212 217 HELP (4357).
Students experiencing difficulties signing in to MyFIT should contact the Bursar’s office to check that their tuition deposit has been received.
