FINANCIAL AID FILING DEADLINES
Financial Aid application deadlines for "priority consideration":
February 15, 2015 for 2015-2016 - NEW APPLICANTS
March 1, 2015 for 2015-2016 - CURRENT STUDENTS
November 1, 2014 for SPRING 2015 Admissions
You may still be eligible for some programs even if you apply after the deadline. Priority is given to early filers for limited grants, scholarship funds, and work study. If you file late you may also be responsible for paying your charges from your own resources or need to set up a payment plan with FIT and wait for a refund once your aid is processed.FINANCIAL AID AWARENESS WEEK- February 9 - 12

We provided sessions during Orientation Week and additional sessions in February, a list is on our webpage Direct Stafford Loan Counseling.www.studentloans.gov. It will take about 20-30 minutes to complete the session. We will receive confirmation in approximately 3 - 4 days.
Exit counseling group sessions will begin this April. A list of dates will be posted at Financial Aid Services or you may go to Direct Loan Counseling Session. Please notify us which session you will attend so that we may prepare a personalized folder for you with your loan information.
