Beverly S. Mack Appointed to FIT Board of Trustees
“Ms. Mack brings a wide range of talents and expertise to the FIT Board of Trustees, and we are pleased to have her as a new member,” said Edwin A. Goodman, chairman of the board, during her swearing-in ceremony last month. Mack is a director and registered investment advisor for Walnut Street Securities, Inc. Her previous positions in finance were as vice president of investments for Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, senior financial consultant for Fleet Financial Group, and financial planner for Bante Associates.
In addition, Mack has served as an adjunct professor at Wright State University and the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, teaching courses in financing entrepreneurial ventures and analyzing financial statements and mutual funds.
Mack’s affiliations include the Gaylord Foundation Life Center and the National Association of Securities Professionals. She also is a board director of Boys Hope Girls Hope.
Mack holds BA degrees in psychology and business administration from Ohio Northern University and an MBA in finance from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration. She is the past president and director of the Fordham University Graduate Alumni Association.
