Enrollment Management and Student Success focuses on attracting, retaining, and supporting FIT’s student population through data-driven strategic recruitment and a commitment to student-centeredness. The division strives to ensure that administrative services for applicants and students are helpful, efficient, and easy to understand; that students’ needs are met; and that all students are offered a well-rounded college experience.
Functions that report to the division include Academic Advisement, Enrollment Services, and Student Development. Enrollment Services offices include: Admissions, Financial Aid, International Student Advisors and Registration & Records. Student Development brings together Athletics & Recreation (fitness centers, recreation programs, NJCAA athletics), Counseling Center (mental health wellness), Disability Support Services (FIT-ABLE), Educational Opportunity Programs (EOP), Health Services (full service medical clinic), Residential Life (campus housing) and Student Life (Student Activities, Orientation, FITSA and clubs). Through support, advocacy, programming and services these areas work around the clock to enhance campus life and support students.
