Graduation Advisement

If you wish to review your progress toward graduation and/or have questions about college policies relating to degree requirements you should look at your degree audit.  If you have questions about your degree audit and/or your degree requirements, print a copy of your degree audit and bring it with you to Room C158 for walk-in graduation advisement.

The Registrars are responsible for transfer credit evaluation in consultation with major and liberal arts departments, for tracking students' progress towards the degree, and for providing graduation advisement.

Walk-In Hours:

During Orientation, Registration and Add/Drop Periods Each Fall and Spring Term
Registrars will see students on a walk-in basis when the office is open

During Summer, Summerim and Winterim Terms
12 - 1 pm during the first week of the session

Pre-Registration Period Each Fall and Spring Term
Students are encouraged to seek graduation advisement during the scheduled walk-in hours before pre-registration takes place each fall and spring term.  

Mondays & Thursdays
12 - 2 pm and 5 - 6 pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
12 - 2 pm

At all other times, students who wish to review their progress toward graduation and/or have questions about college policies relating to degree requirements should fill-out an intake form.  A Registrar will contact the student directly to respond to the student’s inquiry.

Questions about course selection, transfer credit for major area courses, or major area course requirements? Major advisement is available in every major department of the college.

Questions about selecting liberal courses, liberal arts course pre-requisite? Liberal arts advisement is also available in every liberal arts department.
