The Registrars are responsible for transfer credit evaluation in consultation with major and liberal arts departments, for tracking students' progress towards the degree, and for providing graduation advisement.
During Orientation and add/drop periods each fall and spring semester, the Registrars will see students on a walk-in basis when the office is open.
During add/drop periods each winter, summer 1 and summer 2 semester, the Registrars will see students on a walk-in basis 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Pre-Registration period each fall and spring semester, students are encouraged to seek graduation advisement during the following walk-in hours:
Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
At all other times, students who wish to review their progress toward graduation and/or have questions about college policies relating to degree requirements should fill-out an intake form or send an email. A Registrar will contact the student directly to respond to the student’s inquiry or set up an appointment if requested.
