Commencement Information

The Fashion Institute of Technology will hold its 2013 commencement exercises for all associate’s, baccalaureate, and master’s degree candidates at Javits Center North on Thursday, May 23, 2013. 

Both ceremonies will be streamed live on this page!

Speakers

• Fern Mallis will speak to the Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology and the School of Liberal Arts at the morning ceremony, which begins at 10:30 am.
• Rebecca Minkoff will address the Schools of Art and Design and Graduate Studies at the afternoon ceremony which starts at 3:00 pm.

Honorary Degree Recipient

• Dennis Basso will be awarded the honorary degree during the ceremony for the Schools of Art and Design and Graduate Studies.
