Women's 800 Free Relay Team
Buffalo, NY - FIT completed its 2012-13 season this past week, with all seven of its swimmers scoring at National Championships in Buffalo. First-year swimmers Emily Lehr and Sean Maldjian and second-year swimmer Jacki Kicksee combined for four school records, and the quartet of Lehr, Lauren Lyons, Ivana Ng, and Kicksee earned All-American accolades by finishing in the top-eight in the 800 free relay. FIT AT SUFFOLK INVITE; JACKI KICKSEE BREAKS 200 BACKSTROKE RECORD

NEW YORK, NY - Swimming with just three women and three men, the FIT
Tigers competed well at this weekend's Suffolk Invitational. The women
finished third out of four team with 125 points, while the men finished
fourth our of five team with 138 points. Suffolk's women won the meet
with 253 points and the men of Delhi were victorious with 302 points. Read More.
FIRST MEET OF THE SEASON IN THE BOOKS FOR NEWLY LED SWIM TEAM
NEW YORK, NY - Eager to get started under new Head Coach David Hildebrand, the Tigers were unable to get going as planned because of Hurricane Sandy hitting the area hard. However, after only postponing one meet, the Tigers finally got their first competition under their belts as the women placed 2nd (198 points) and the men 6th (75 points) at the SUNY Delhi meet on December 1st. SUNY Delhi won both competitions with 253 points for the women and 311 points for the men. Read More

The FIT Men's and Women's swim teams competed confidently and finished admirably in their fourth year attending the NJCAA National Championship Meet - this year at Indian River State College in For Pierce, FL. on March 6-10. The women's team finished 9th overall and the men's team finished 14th overall.Read More
