Spring 2012 Fitness Classes

January 30, 2012 through May 11, 2012

FIT offers a variety of group fitness classes each semester geared to the needs and interests of a diverse student and college population. The fitness classes follow a drop-in format. Qualified and experienced instructors teach things like Zumba, core training, modern dance, functional fitness, cardio sculpting, kickboxing, Pilates mat, power abs, meditation and breath work, several types of yoga, and our signature class - FIT Workout Nation.

Fitness classes are offered to the college community to enhance wellness. They provide physical activity in a social setting, fellowship, and a constructive use of leisure time. Exercise can help increase self-esteem and reduce stress. Participants of all skill levels are invited and encouraged to participate in an atmosphere of fair play and equality.

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations that all who choose to participate in FIT's Athletics & Recreation programs must adhere to.
