Group Conference Summer Housing NYC
Dates are subject to change and space is based upon availability.
Alumni Hall: Monday, June 3, 2013 to Thursday, July 25, 2013 (11 am departure)
All Alumni Hall suites are apartment style quads (4 guests) with 2 bedrooms to a suite (2 guests to each room). Each suite has a kitchen and bathroom.
Kaufman Hall: Monday, June 3, 2013 to August 4, 2013 (11 am departure)
Kaufman Hall Suites are apartment style accommodations housing singles, doubles, triples and quads. Each suite has a kitchen and bathroom.
Conference Group Requirements
A group must consist of ten (10) or more guests. All group members must be 18 years or older. Residents under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in the residence halls unless accompanied by a parent/guardian. All group residents under 18 years of age and their parents/guardians are required to sign a form issued by FIT, releasing FIT from liability. Only 1 child per adult, per room is allowed. Proof of age is required.

SUITE/APARTMENT STYLE ROOMS
All suites consist of furnished rooms, kitchens and private baths.
Over six week stay: $56.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room
Four to six week stay: $67.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room
Two to four week stay: $78.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room
Under two week stay: $89.00 Per person/per night/double occupancy per room
*Single Rate: $111.00 - $146.00 Per person/per night (Alumni Hall single is a bedroom within a suite)
*WE DO NOT PROVIDE KITCHEN SUPPLIES, LINENS, PILLOWS OR BLANKETS*
Roommates will be assigned unless guests have registered and paid the single rate.
Additional $10.00 service fees and $5.00 individual check-in fees will apply
