Off Campus Housing

Attending college in New York City offers many educational and cultural opportunities for students. Living in the city and finding off-campus housing requires patience and determination since apartment hunting can be competitive and expensive.

New York City is composed of five boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island. Housing in Manhattan is often twice as expensive as the outer boroughs or New Jersey. Your rent could be substantially lower if you are willing to travel a little farther. When looking for living accommodations, make safety a priority. For more information on NYC neighborhoods, apartment sharing, signing a lease, and costs, see Finding an Apartment in NYC FAQ .

Listings are only accessible by current FIT students who must supply a username and password when logging into the secure area.
