Computer Essentials for Graphic Design

All designers are expected to be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Graphic designers must know Adobe InDesign and can no longer ignore the web. If your computer skills have not caught up with the times, this certificate program is for you.

Students interested in a Professional Development Certificate of completion must file an affidavit form after completing the first course in the certificate. This will also enable you to obtain your official FIT ID. You may obtain this form fromthe instructorof your first course or by contacting Andrea Adkins-Miller from Certificate Programs at You may alsopick it up from the Center for Professional Studies, located in the Pomerantz Center, room D130.
