How to Apply

New Entering Students 
Fall 2013 Application available April 1

Housing is only available to all full-time undergraduate (12 or more credits) and graduate (9 or more credits) degree students.   Students cannot access the housing application until they have submitted their tuition deposit.

The online housing application is available through MyFIT.  You can log into MyFIT with the Username and Password assigned to you by the Admissions Office. 

A $300.00 Non-Refundable deposit is required upon submission of the housing application.  Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  This is not an additional fee and will be credited toward your total housing charges.
