How to Apply
A student must first be accepted into a full-time degree program and pay their tuition deposit before they are eligible to apply for housing. Usernames and Passwords are sent to the student once they are accepted through admissions.
Although highest priority is given to full-time eligible students who have submitted their housing application, FIT provides housing to students taking 12 or more credits, including both matriculated and non-matriculated students who are currently living off campus within commuting distance. The housing application is available through MyFIT.
