November 24 - 27 Thanksgiving recess (no RA or food service)
December 1 Withdrawals for Spring 2012 - Last day for current residents to withdraw without charges
December 11 - 22

Final Exams
All residents must vacate residence halls by 9:00 am on the day following their last final exam or by 5:00 pm on December 21st, whichever is earlier.
December 11 24-hour quiet hours begin
Overnight visitation ends, 9:00 am
December 21

Last Day of Classes
All residents must vacate residence halls by 5:00 pm
Exception: residents who have class on this day will be permitted to register with Residential Life to remain in the halls beyond 5:00 pm.

Residence Halls close - no access allowed

Winter 2012

Winter Recess
Residence halls open for those contracted for winter housing. Only residents contracted for Fall 2011 and spring 2012 are eligible for winter recess housing (no food service) 

Spring 2012

  • $25.00 Late Check-in charge applies from 4:00 - 11:00 pm for those who have not pre-registered for check-in
