English Language Study
Programs Offered Throughout the Year:
For incoming Fall 2012 degree students only
Fall 2012 degree students receive college credit and participate in a variety of activities designed to acclimate them to FIT and NYC. The program will run for six weeks from July 9, 2012 through August 16, 2012.
English as a Second Language Courses (Educational Skills department)
FIT offers English as a Second Language courses each term through the Educational Skills department, along with other college preparatory courses.
Programs Offered in the Summer Only:
Summer English as a Second Language and Fashion Business (ESL) courses at FIT
For individuals with intermediate or advanced English-language skills seeking international career training, the summer English as a Second Language and Fashion Business Program is a multi-tracked, 3 week non-credit study of the English language that focuses on communication skills for a variety of fashion industry segments.
