To qualify for the NY State Resident tuition rates, students must meet NY State Residency requirments. Students who meet these requirements and live outside of NYC must file a Certificate of Residence from their home country. Students who do not meet these requirements or do not file a Certificate of Residence will be billed at the non-resident rate. Please see Residency Requirements.
Tuition and fees are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the college Board of Trustees.
Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on all outstanding balances. Students who fail to pay their bills, or other college debts, will be ineligible to register, graduate, or receive transcripts. Outstanding debts may be referred to a licensed collection agency and collection fees up to 33.13% may be added to your balance. If legal action becomes necessary, litigation and all court costs will be the student's responsibility.
New matriculate students, including visiting and new matriculates to the upper division, are required to make a non-refundable tuition deposit of $150 as soon as they are notified of admissions to confirm their acceptance.
* Tuition is charged for non-credit-bearing courses. Lectures, laboratories, and workshops are billed at different rates.
