Alyssa Navia

Marketing, L’Oréal USA

Ms. Navia is currently the Assistant Manager of US Retail Marketing for Kiehl's Since 1851. In this role, she is responsible for creating integrated marketing launch plans for Kiehl’s retail stores, enhancing brand presence and in-store experience, building community awareness and growing dollar sales for all retail stores on the West Coast. She also manages key brand initiatives such as LifeRide and Earth Day. 

Prior to this role, she was a member of the L’Oréal Management Development Program where she was in charge of the men's category and sampling program at Kiehl's, as well as the Strategic Sales Planner for the East Coast. 

Ms. Navia graduated from Boston College as a Thea Bowman Scholar on the Dean’s List with a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Literature, a minor in International Studies specializing in International Political Economy, a minor in Latin American Studies and a Pre-Med Concentration. Ms. Navia studied abroad at the University of San Andres in Buenos Aires, Argentina and speaks Spanish.
