Hannah de Boer
Ms. de Boer is currently a Global Project Manager in the Fine Fragrance division at Firmenich. In this role, she is responsible for project management and overall coordination of all fine fragrance launches for Coty and Elizabeth Arden brands. Working cross-functionally with the departments of sales, R&D, purchasing, planning, operations, fragrance evaluation, technical evaluation and marketing, she ensures resources are leveraged efficiently and effectively to meet the company objectives in quality, cost and timing.
Prior to her current position, Ms. de Boer held several international positions within the fashion industry. She started her career in fashion production and sales, coordinating shows at Paris Fashion Week, and then managed the global participation in Korea Fashion Week in Busan and Seoul.
She also worked in retail marketing for Rugby, Ralph Lauren in the US before moving into the cosmetics and fragrance industry. She earned a dual concentration degree in Fashion Design and International Studies at the University of Technology, in Sydney, Australia, with study abroad at Rennes II University in France and Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from The New School for Public Engagement and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Fashion Marketing from Parsons, The New School for Design. She speaks Korean, French and Japanese and has worked or lived in Australia, Japan, South Korea, France and the U.S.
