Rachel Ball

Ms. Ball is currently a Marketing Manager on the Maybelline team focusing on the nail category. In this role she is responsible for launching new innovations while maintaining the growth and profitability of the business. 

Before managing the nail category, Ms. Ball worked on the lip category for Maybelline overseeing 2 pillar franchises, Color Sensational & Superstay. She joined L’Oréal USA in 2010 as a member of the Management Development Training Program, spending 18 months rotating among different functions including Research, Sales, Garnier skincare marketing and Maybelline marketing for the face category. 

Prior to this rotational program, Ms. Ball interned with Maybelline working on the shadow/liner category. Ms. Ball holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in marketing, graduating from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business with distinction and University honors, where she was President of the Michigan Business Women MBW. Ms. Ball was raised in the US and the UK.
