Webpages - self publishing for the FIT website (PC or mac)

The Office of Communications and External Relations in partnership with The Technology Development Team (TDT) offers training on WebPages, the Content Management System that supports FIT's website. WebPages Training consists of the following four sessions:

1. Intro to Webpages: An introduction to policies, best practices, basics of navigation, how to add, edit, publish and submit web pages to workflow. 2 hours. (Prerequisite for access to WebPages)
2. Images for Webpages: Learn how to create and place dynamic images on your website to highlight student work, events, and classroom activities. 1 hour. (Prerequisite: Intro to WebPages)
3. Advanced Webpages: In advanced webpages training participants will learn useful tips and tricks to enhance the design of their departmental webpage. Things like how to reorder and delete components, how to show different versions of a page, how to “sunrise/sunset” pages, create special links called “jump-marks”, and how to save pages in a clipboard for easy access.(Prerequisite: Intro to WebPages)
