Ms. Lam is currently the Senior Analyst of the Customer Strategy Team for North America, where she is at the forefront of consumer-centric developments. In this role, she analyzes both transactional data and syndicated market research data in order to create quantifiable insights for the brands and for senior management. She analyzes customer demographic and behavioral patterns across all brands. Prior to this role, Ms. Lam specialized in Category Management at Colgate Palmolive, where she worked as a consultant to retailers and to her internal team to identify opportunities to deliver category growth through fact-based recommendations. She was recipient of The Chairman’s “You Can Make A Difference Award” for her leadership at Colgate Palmolive. Ms. Lam graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing. She completed an international study abroad program at the City University of Hong Kong where she studied Mandarin and traveled throughout Asia. Ms. Lam speaks Spanish and Italian.
