Ms. Everett is currently Manager of Human Resources for the Professional Products Division at L’Oréal USA. In this role, she is responsible for marketing and digital talent development and growth of a high potential workforce across all brands. In addition, she provides HR generalist support to the Matrix brand. As a strategic business partner, she maintains focus on industry trends, anticipating beauty talent expertise needs and sources. She also oversees the establishment of a talent pipeline through the Internship and Management Development programs for the division. She graduated as a member of the Dean’s List from the University of Delaware with a degree in Psychology and studied abroad in England, Italy, Australia and New Zealand. She also studied Human Resource Management and Development at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
