Ms. Cymrot is currently an associate brand manager at Unilever North America, responsible for integrated marketing plan development for Dove Hair launches in the US. She first joined Unilever as part of the global body wash team, and was responsible for the relaunch of the pampering platform, which achieved record growth.  Prior to Unilever, she worked at Estée Lauder for 3 years, managing the eye category, where she launched Sumptions and Turbolash mascara and several fragrance brands. She also worked at Sundari, managing body care product and packaging development. Ms. Cymrot started her career in retail at Grupo Casino in Brazil, developing and implementing communication strategies that resulted in increased ROI and loyalty. Ms. Cymrot earned her MBA from New York University Stern School of Business with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from Escola Superior de Propoganda e Marketing in Sao Paolo, Brazil. Born and raised in Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and is conversant in French. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
