Katherine Voyten

Brand Management, Procter & Gamble, USA

Ms. Voyten has 10+ years of marketing and general management experience in the beauty industry.  During her tenure at P&G, she has been responsible for the creation of strategic growth plans, including product and brand development and business planning and execution. 

Ms. Voyten is currently responsible for the leadership of the US Portfolio of Luxury Fragrance, Beauty and Grooming products including Gucci, Escada and The Art of Shaving. 

In her prior assignments, she successfully launched several new products across prestige and mass markets including Gucci Guilty Pour Homme, the top men’s fragrance launch in 2011, and CoverGirl LashBlast, the biggest mascara launch in 2007. Ms. Voyten started her P&G career as a buyer, sourcing raw materials, contract manufacturing and packaging for the Snacks Division. 

She graduated with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and a Master of Science in Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Ms. Voyten sits on the Associate Board of the Fragrance Foundation and is an active member of CEW and Phi Beta Kappa.
