Bahij Tamer

Mr. Tamer is currently the Marketing Manager on the Dior Skincare category at LVMH. In this role he is responsible for the development of innovative marketing strategies that grow the US Skincare business, the implementation of new product launches and the maintenance of the existing product portfolio. His prior positions include brand management on the Fragrance category at Coty Beauty and global marketing/product development on the Haircare category at L’Oréal. In these roles, he co-launched a fragrance innovation team for the US market with his senior director at Coty Beauty and led the development of Haircare, Styling, and Skincare new product launches at Redken and Redken for Men. 

He pursued a bilingual education at the Lycée Français de New York and passed the French Baccalaureate with honors in 2001. In 2005, he completed a B.A. (double major) in French Studies and Sociology from Duke University (magna cum laude) and was the recipient of the Robert J. Niess/Alexander Hull Award. He spent his junior year in Paris at the Sorbonne and Jussieu. Mr. Tamer is fluent in French, Arabic and Spanish and has studied Italian.
