Ms. Hirschbach has fourteen years of experience in the beauty industry and is currently Director of Sales Operations at Shiseido Cosmetics America (SCA). In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of Sales Operations including sales analysis, risk management, and identification of growth strategies that drive sales, sales planning and allocations.
Ms. Hirschbach was chosen to represent SCA in a company-wide initiative to restructure and standardize systems across three unique divisions that comprise the Shiseido Americas Corporation. She currently forecasts, plans and manages all sales related budgets and is responsible for ensuring sales productivity is achieved. A critical element of her role is to act as a liaison between marketing and sales.
Prior to SCA, Ms. Hirschbach worked in marketing for Beauté Prestige International. In this role, she was responsible for implementing the brand strategy, as well as developing special in-store event programs and merchandising for two designer fragrance brands.
Ms. Hirschbach started her career at Parfums Givenchy in sales administration. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from University of Maryland. Ms. Hirschbach is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW).
