Carefully read the application instructions before submitting your application to the Office of International Programs (B119). You will be notified of your acceptance status via email as soon as it becomes available. Final academic advisement will be offered during a "Pre-Departure Orientation Meeting" to be scheduled.

Release Forms
All students accepted to study abroad are required to print, complete and submit the forms listed below to the Office of International Programs (B-119) before departure. Failure to submit these forms will affect your study abroad status.
- Power of Attorney
(Not required for Winter/Summer Abroad Programs; this form must be completed by Semester & Academic Year Abroad Students) - Risk and Release
- Health and Disabilities
- Emergency or Medical Notification
- Understanding Safety and Other Matters
- Insurance Information
- US Department of State Information (for US Citizens Only). This form contains important information for US Citizens going abroad.
