Ran Lerner
Lerner also promotes eco-friendly manufacturing by the efficient use of materials, and low energy fabricating technologies, often designing multi functional products affordable for the public at large. Lerner teaches industrial design students at The Parsons School of Design and FIT. He has most recently lectured at Design within Reach in conjunction with Inside the Designer’s Studio, at Domus Academy , Milan, and at the international Houseware show in Chicago. His products have been exhibited worldwide in design and trade shows as, the ”Salone del Mobile” Milan, Fellissimo New York, The Forum Exhibition in Barcelona, the Pitti Uomo in Florence. Recent publications include “New York Times’, “Wall street journal”, “Time out New York”,”Food and Wine”, “Gourmet”, “The Today Show”, “Forbes” “1000 Product design” and others.
