Duane brings 30 years of experience in infrastructure, software as a service, cloud business development, and best business practices for small to global customer support. Duane joined Dell through the acquisition of Everdream, a leading cloud client system management company providing secure cloud client services globally. Duane has presented hardware to software discussions on local radio shows, and led countless webinars on cloud computing or software as a service to help customers with the ‘shift’ to cloud. Duane has helped Dell’s vCloud team meet ITIL goals during the development and release of Dell’s vCloud offerings.

Phillip Simpson, Security Director Dell Cloud.  Phillip is a security director with Dell’s Public Cloud Sales team. During his 15 years in the security space, Phillip designed network and security infrastructure for many of the country's largest financial and government institutions. Phillip joined Dell through the acquisition of MessageOne, a leading cloud archive and disaster recovery company providing secure cloud services to over 6 million end users. Phillip has also authored several industry whitepapers and led webinars helping customers understand the myriad of privacy and compliance regulations. Phillip has also held the coveted CISSP certification for over 10 years contributing often to Security conferences and industry think tanks with a goal of improving the online privacy and security of information.
