Deb works with business leaders to design and implement high-performing organizations. Deb has over 25 years experience both as a consultant and as an internal HR manager in global organizations. She has extensive experience in human capital management, including organization design and change management, team effectiveness, meeting facilitation, performance management, talent management, leadership development and process improvement.

Deb holds an M.A. from New York University in Politics with a concentration in International Politics and Business, and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
