Passport - Make sure your passport is valid and signed. Passports must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the date of return to the United States or home country.

Submit Release Forms to the Office of International Programs

2. Assumption of Risk and Release 
3. Emergency or Medical Notification 
4. Understanding Safety and Other Matters 
5. Health and Disabilities Information 
6. Insurance Information 
7. U.S. Department of State Information (for U.S. citizens only) - This form contains important information for U.S. citizens going abroad.

Arrange for Housing 
Attend Mandatory Orientation in New York City
Apply for a Visa 
Travel Arrangements - You are responsible for booking and paying for your flight/transportation to Italy. See:  Calendars
Permesso di Soggiorno - When you arrive in Italy, you must complete the Permesso di Soggiorno (Permission of Stay) application process.
