Online Ordering

Rush: Price doubles, 1-2 hr. turnaround time. Availability is subject to change and will vary by time of day and current demand of the services requested. PrintFX staff will determine the availability and probable turnaround time at the time of your phoned in request. Rush jobs submitted after 5:00pm that cannot be completed by closing may be deferred and treated as a rush job for 9:00am the following day. Please email the job by 5:00pm and speak to a PrintFX staff member to notify them that your job is a rush. Please stop by or call 212 217.5470 during open hours only as we don't accept a voicemail or email notification!

Departments: If you are paying using the budget transfer process, online ordering is not available. Please use PrintFX's service desk.

**Mac users: If your order form opens in a browser window, it will not work correctly. Please try either of these options to open it as a pdf:


1. 'control+click' on top of the opened form & choose the first option, "Open with Adobe Acrobat Pro".


2. 'control+click'; 'Save Link As....' ; Choose pdf; Save. Use this pdf to complete.

Magnifying glass icon  Students, faculty & staff: Online ordering is recommended for experienced users who are familiar with completing PrintFX's paper order forms, emailing zipped (compressed) files, etc.

 Spinning pins icon Important: PrintFX must receive your order form and files simultaneously to expedite your job. If we receive the order form & cannot located your files, your job will be placed on hold.
 

Need assistance icon  If you are having problems with online ordering, please come to PrintFX and drop off your order. If you received a response from us indicating that there's a problem with your order, please do not email us -- call us at 212 217.5470 or stop by PrintFX during regular business hours.             Due Time:

  • Same day: If sent before 1:00pm. We will call you when your job is ready for pick-up.
  • 24 hour: If sent after 1:00pm. If jobs are completed sooner than 24 hrs., we will call you when your job is ready for pick-up.
  • Both service desk and online submitted jobs are sorted in our queue by time of submission. Online orders received prior to the opening of PrintFX's service desk are treated as a 9:00am next-day job and will be integrated along with the 9:00am service desk jobs.
