HFS 182 Develop an Eye for Styling (Do not enroll if you have completed HFS 180, maybe repetitive)
Fabric Stylists explore the world around them through a distinctive visual lens.  With an artistic foundation, stylists coordinate fabrics, with pattern, color, mood, balance and a sense of rhythm to achieve a harmonious balance.  With a continuous pursuit of current trends they apply their talent and flair to creations and applications in apparel, fashion, and lifestyle. Students create mood/style boards for their portfolio, highlighting the current fashion mode for clothing, celebrity, and the aesthetic qualities of textiles; texture, color, and pattern. Gallery
